This website (www.diaitaly.it) is operated by the Official Italian Representative of the Design Intelligence Award (Studio Luca Fois). For any matter relating to the processing of personal data, please contact us at the address indicated below.

This website is primarily informational. We do not actively collect personal data through forms or registrations. However, as with any website, some data may be automatically processed by the servers hosting the site:

• Navigation data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of access. These data are collected automatically by server logs and are not associated with identified users.
• Contact data (only if you write to us): name and email address, only if you choose to contact us by email. These data are used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Server logs are retained for the time strictly necessary to ensure website security, generally no longer than 12 months. Contact data received by email are retained for the time necessary to process the request and then deleted.
